Innovative and superior foods, event design elements, equipment rentals, and on-site servers and event planners to ensure your event’s success. We go above and beyond to make your catered event unforgettable.

Our menus are intended to serve as guides. If there’s something you would like that you don’t see, our chef can most likely prepare it. Just ask!

Black Label Catering is a full-service caterer and event planner located in Central Florida. We specialize in creative menus prepared from Scratch and Served impeccably. With Black Label you can combine your Catering, Bar and Décor Design and Rentals all in one place. We work with highly skilled and trained bartenders from many high end and luxury locations throughout the Orlando Area. We pride ourselves on hiring and working with only professionally trained and creative bartenders that take pride in excellent VIP service.

Décor Services

Our design team can help with any event rental items needed to serve your event. We have centerpiece packages that allows you to use anything in our showroom for one affordable price. You will enjoy the chance to come work with one of our event planners and put together the most incredible tablescape designs with our unique décor. 

Rental Services

If your looking for table, chair, lighting, or you name it...we have you covered. Food, Bar, Décor, Rentals, Planning...all in one place and all worthy of the name - Black Label!

Bar Services

Be a guest at your own celebration! Either you can provide the drinks or we can, either way, you can count on the service being top shelf. We also come fully insured and have anything that your venue will require in order to have alcohol on their property. 

Bar service packages starting at $249 

Includes:

  • Bar Service for 5 hours

  • 1 hour for setup and clean up

  • 1 bartender

  • black linen (If necessary)

  • standard bar tools

  • “stock the bar” assistance

  • $2M in liquor and general liability insurance.

Additional Hour $40

Additional Bartender $35/ hr

 

Optional Addons:

  • Mixers (Sprite, Coke, Diet, Ginger-ale, Cranberry, Cups, Ice, Garnishes, Club, Tonic)

  • Champagne Toast (Champagne and Glass Flutes)

  • Beer & Wine (Mixers Package plus 3 Choices of Beer and 3 Choice of Wine)

  • Full Bar (Mixers & Beer/Wine Package plus all Liquor Options Available)
